In her role as an agonomist, Dani covers the following areas: Broadacre crop and pasture agronomy; Developing nutritional, weed, pest and disease management plans; Producing production plans for rotational, long term paddock management.
Dani grew up on the family farm in Kondinin. After completing high school in Perth, Dani went on to study at UWA where she undertook an honours project with the Australian Herbicide Resistance Initiative researching herbicide resistance in wild radish. For her honours thesis Dani won the GRDC Undergraduate honours Scholarship (2011) and the Ag Institute (WA) Young Professional in Agriculture Award (2012). After graduating Dani spent a few years working in Merredin and Southern Cross as the Landmark Agronomist. Dani joined Planfarm in 2015. She currently consults to 30 farm businesses in the wheatbelt and lakes region delivering technical advice with an economical focus for crop and pasture management. She enjoys working with her clients and seeing them achieve their goals.
